Job Title: Business Development Executive (1-2 Years Experience)

Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads for business development
- Build and maintain robust client relationships
- Maintain accurate records and follow internal processes
- Participate in training sessions and continuously enhance product and sales knowledge
- Achieve individual performance targets and contribute to team goals

Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Work from Office
- Must have a personal laptop

Salary & Employment Details
- ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month during the probation period
- Probation Period: 3 months
- Employment confirmation after successful completion of probation
- Post-confirmation salary:₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month (based on performance)
- Additional performance-based incentives/bonus applicable

Work Schedule
- 5 working days per week (Monday to Friday)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
