Key Responsibilities

Welcoming and Hosting:Greet every customer with a pleasant smile and courteous attitude as they enter. This includes opening the door and offering initial assistance, such as refreshments.

Customer Directing & Needs Assessment: Identify the purpose of the customer's visit (e.g., browsing, purchasing gold/diamond, repairs) and guide them to the appropriate sales executive or department.

Customer Flow & Queue Management: Manage the flow of traffic, particularly during busy hours or festive seasons, ensuring customers are attended to in a timely manner.

Information Provision: Provide basic information regarding current promotions, special collections, or store policies.

Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the entrance, reception, and waiting areas are clean, organized, and presentable.

Record Keeping: Maintain a log of walk-in customers and footfall data for tracking and analysis

Security & Safety: Observe customer activity to ensure a safe environment, reporting any suspicious behavior to security or management.

Relationship Building:



Initiate rapport to make customers feel comfortable and valued, enhancing the overall brand experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Personality: Pleasant, professional, and courteous demeanor with a well-groomed appearance.

Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language, with knowledge of Hindi or English preferred.

Experience: Prior experience in hospitality, front desk, or luxury retail is often preferred.

Key Attributes: Patient, calm under pressure, and capable of standing for long periods.

Education: Typically a minimum of 12th pass, with graduates preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
