Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Academic Counselors to join our growing team. The role involves counseling prospective students, guiding them through the admission process, and achieving admission and revenue targets. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with people, we'd love to hear from you.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents about courses, programs, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly admission, sales, and revenue targets.
- Maintain and update student data in the CRM.
- Build robust relationships with prospective students and provide end-to-end admission support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission experience.
- Participate in promotional activities, webinars, education fairs, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Maintain daily reports of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.

Pay: ₹18,000.04 - ₹32,000.00 per month
