Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive OOH & DOOH Media Operations Executive to manage the end-to-end execution of outdoor advertising campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the execution of OOH and DOOH advertising campaigns from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with media owners, vendors, and production teams for timely campaign implementation.
- Monitor campaign schedules and ensure all deliverables are executed as planned.
- Track campaign progress and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Verify site availability, artwork specifications, and campaign timelines.
- Coordinate installation, maintenance, and dismantling of outdoor media.
- Collect and maintain Proof of Execution (POE) and campaign documentation.




- Generate campaign reports, status updates, and performance summaries.
- Work closely with the sales, client servicing, creative, and finance teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, quality standards, and operational processes.

Required Skills:
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Solid problem-solving and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
