Hiring: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Location:Anandvas Shakurpur, Delhi

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/online interviews.

Achieve individual and team hiring targets within defined timelines.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.

Hands-on experience with recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Shine.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.





Ability to work in a target-oriented and deadline-driven workplace.

Proactive, energetic, and result-oriented approach.

Experience in agency recruitment / consultancy recruitment will be an advantage.

Work Location: In Person

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
