Responsibilities:
ServiceNow Development & Configuration
- Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
- Configure and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Workflows, and Flow Designer flows.- Implement client‑side and server‑side logic using: Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions and UI Policies
- Ensure solutions follow best practices for performance, security, and upgrade safety.
- CMDB & Data Management
- Configure and maintain CMDB data models, CI classes, relationships, and attributes.
- Support CMDB governance activities including:
- Data quality
- Reconciliation
- Normalization
- Integrate CMDB with ITSM processes and external data sources where applicable.
- Platform Governance & Quality
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and coding best practices.
- Perform unit testing, peer code reviews, and support UAT and production deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks.
- GRC (Good to Have)
- Implement,



support or enhance ServiceNow GRC modules such as:
- Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
- Business Continuity Management (BCM)
- Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM)
- Configure risk statements, controls, assessments, and workflows (as applicable).

Qualifications:
Mandatory
- 5-7 years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience:
- Robust experience with:
- ITSM modules:
- CMDB configuration and data modeling:
- Service Catalog & Catalog Item creation:
- REST APIs Integration:
- Flow Designer:
- Client-side and server-side scripting
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS:
- Good understanding of ServiceNow security model (ACLs, roles, scoped apps)
- Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments
- Certifications (preferred)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- CIS - Risk and Compliance
- CIS - Third-Party Risk Management
