Join us as we redefine digital transformation in the aviation sector.- Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue business opportunities in airport IT infrastructure, terminal services, passenger processing systems, and smart airport solutions. Lead end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, proposal development, solution pitching, negotiations, and deal closure. Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders — airport operators, system integrators, government bodies, and OEMs. Collaborate with the Product and Technical teams to tailor offerings based on client needs.



Develop go-to-market strategies for new regions or service offerings. Represent the company at aviation expos, conferences (e.g., ACI, FTE), and RFP pre-bid meetings. Analyze trends in smart airports, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes to inform strategy.

Requirements 5-8 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in airport IT solutions, aviation technology, or infrastructure services. Proven track record in selling to government bodies, PSUs, airport authorities (e.g., AAI, GMR, Adani Airports, etc.). Deep understanding of airport operations and digital systems (CUTE, BHS, AODB, RMS, etc.). Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal writing skills. Experience handling RFPs and tender processes in public/private airport ecosystems. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus.
