Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Generate sales leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with customers for vehicle booking, delivery, and documentation.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Coordinate with the finance and insurance teams for vehicle loan and insurance processing.
- Maintain sales records, customer database, and daily reports.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Support showroom operations and promotional activities.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in any discipline.




- 2-5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry (Two-Wheeler, Dealership).

Required Skills:
- Experience in automobile sales or dealership operations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Knowledge of CRM/DMS is an added advantage.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Valid driving license preferred.
