About EverydayMeds

The Role

Hands-on experience with Customer.io and Klaviyo is essential. You'll work closely with our UK-based marketing, design, and development teams to plan, build, test, and optimise every stage of the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage automated lifecycle flows (onboarding, abandoned checkout, re-engagement, next-dose reminders, post-purchase, win-back)
- Build and manage audience segments based on behaviour, lifecycle stage, and purchase history
- Monitor and report on key metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, deliverability, revenue)
- Maintain healthy deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, list hygiene, sender reputation)
- Ensure all communications are on-brand, compliant, and correctly triggered
- Manage integrations between our platforms (Shopify, apps, and data sources) and ESPs

What We're Looking For




- Hands-on experience with Customer.io and Klaviyo is essential:
- Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, and customer journey building
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimisation
- Comfortable reading data and reporting on campaign performance
- Excellent written and spoken English for clear communication with a UK team
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working setup
- Ability to commit to UK working hours (9am-5pm UK time)
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have
- Experience in e-commerce, healthcare, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with Shopify and WooCommerce
- Experience with SMS and push notification marketing
- Knowledge of Liquid or dynamic personalisation
- Copywriting skills
