Performance Marketing Manager / Paid Ads Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager / Paid Ads Specialist who can take complete ownership of our digital advertising and lead generation efforts. If you are passionate about scaling businesses through data-driven marketing, this role is for you.

You will work across multiple businesses and be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing paid advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate quality leads and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Create, test, and optimize ad campaigns for better conversions.
- Research target audiences, competitors, and the latest digital marketing trends.
- Develop marketing strategies to increase sales, leads, and brand awareness.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve results.
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Analytics (GA4), and conversion tracking.
- Coordinate with our Content Creator,



Graphic Designer, and Videographer to create high-converting ad creatives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest advertising features and platform updates.

Requirements:
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.:
- Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is mandatory.:
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager.
- Proven ability to generate leads and improve campaign performance through paid advertising.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage advertising budgets efficiently and scale winning campaigns.
