Job Description - BCA Graduate (IT Executive)

Position: IT Executive / Software Support Executive
Qualification: Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)

Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for computer systems, software, and users.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, software, and peripherals.
- Manage databases and ensure data accuracy and security.
- Monitor computer networks and resolve connectivity issues.
- Perform system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
- Prepare technical documentation and user manuals.
- Assist in testing, debugging, and implementing software solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve IT-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards.

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of C, C++, Java, Python, or similar programming languages.




- Basic understanding of SQL and database management.
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems and computer networking.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience
- Freshers are welcome.
- 0-2 years of experience in IT support, software development, or system administration is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
