Job Overview:
- Support and monitor daily food production operations to ensure timely achievement of production targets.
- Coordinate with production workers and management to maintain smooth operational flow.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
- Monitor production schedules, manpower allocation, and production timelines.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Identify operational issues and escalate them to the appropriate stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing or production operations.
- Clear communication skills with workers and management.
- Ability to record, understand, and report production data accurately.
- Ability to manage workers, production schedules, and production time.
- Basic understanding of food manufacturing processes and hygiene requirements.
- Responsible attitude and ability to work under production targets.
