_We're Hiring: Assistant Manager — Production_

Vadodara, Gujarat | ₹4-8 LPA | Full-time, On-site

GridEdge Renewables, a new Indian inverter company, is scaling up production of its on-grid and hybrid solar inverters. We're looking for an Assistant Manager — Production to keep our lines running smoothly and our output on target.
- What you'll do:_
- Manage daily production schedules for on-grid and hybrid inverter manufacturing
- Supervise line operators and ensure SOP adherence
- Track output, downtime, and material consumption against targets
- Support QC checkpoints and resolve in-line production issues
- Coordinate with stores and procurement for uninterrupted material supply
- Maintain production records and report to the Plant Head
- What we're looking for:_
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in on-grid and hybrid inverter manufacturing
- Working knowledge of inverter production and testing processes
- Valuable shop-floor coordination and team-supervision skills
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Electronics preferred

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹67,000.00 per month
