Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Growth Strategist & PR Manager to lead the digital growth of our spiritual brand across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth strategies for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
- Increase followers, subscribers, engagement, reach, and brand awareness through organic and strategic initiatives.
- Plan monthly content calendars and campaign strategies in coordination with the creative team.
- Monitor platform performance using analytics and provide regular reports with actionable recommendations.
- Build and manage relationships with influencers, creators, media houses, spiritual organizations, and strategic partners.
- Identify collaboration opportunities to expand audience reach and brand visibility.
- Stay updated with platform algorithms, digital marketing trends, and emerging content formats.
- Work closely with designers, video editors, and content writers to execute campaigns effectively.




- Manage community engagement and maintain a positive online brand reputation.
- Suggest innovative ideas to improve content performance and overall digital growth.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital PR, Brand Growth, or Digital Strategy.
- Robust understanding of YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and X platform algorithms.
- Experience in influencer outreach, partnership development, and community management.
- Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with spiritual, religious, educational, or content-driven brands.
- Knowledge of SEO, YouTube SEO, and content optimization.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, YouTube St
