About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Design creatives, posts, reels covers, and banners for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Design and update visual elements for the company website (banners, icons, product images, landing page graphics)
- Create marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, and presentations
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print assets
- Collaborate with the marketing/content team to translate ideas into visuals
- Edit and retouch images/photos as required
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and social media formats
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator:
- Working knowledge of CorelDRAW:
- Hands-on experience with Figma (for web/UI design)
- Robust understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition
- Ability to design for different formats and platform specifications (social media sizes, web banners, print)




- Basic understanding of branding and marketing design principles

Good to Have (Optional)
- Basic video editing / motion graphics skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva Pro)
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles
- Experience designing for e-commerce or website product pages
- A portfolio showcasing social media and web design work

Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
- Prior experience in an agency, in-house marketing team, or freelance design work preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
