Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory planning and maintain optimum stock levels across warehouses, 3PL partners, and marketplace fulfillment centers.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely stock replenishment and order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory ageing, slow-moving stock, and support liquidation planning.
- Forecast inventory requirements based on sales trends, promotions, and seasonal demand.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers to resolve order, return, RTO, and operational issues.
- Ensure inventory accuracy between OMS/ERP systems and marketplace portals.
- Manage daily operations with 3PL partners, including dispatch timelines, inventory reconciliation, and SLA adherence.
- Monitor product listings for pricing, content, images, and catalog accuracy across marketplaces.




- Track Buy Box performance and maintain pricing parity across all sales channels.
- Investigate and resolve order discrepancies such as delayed deliveries, wrong products, and customer complaints.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, including inventory, sales, dispatch, returns, and marketplace performance.
- Support planning and execution for marketplace promotional events and high-volume sales campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
