Job Description -
- Participate in planning, design and implementation activities.
- Share knowledge and practical experience related to product/technical skills to continually improve the capability and effectiveness of the Services teams.
- Provide accurate information to the Development team, as needed, to allow them to correct the software without having to refer to the originating customer
- Collaborate with other departments such as Support operations, Engineering, QA, and IT to improve overall customer satisfaction objectives
- Identifying, documenting, and discussing the known issues/bugs in the program meeting with various stakeholders and ensuring that the known issues/bugs are fixed with the subsequent release.
- Resolving problems & issues within pre-set timelines, thereby developing the knowledge base and ensuring that the issue does not repeat.
- Participates in teams and special projects to improve product, service quality and client satisfaction.

Required skills -
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, interpersonal,



and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize own work.
- Good understanding of SQL DDL & DML queries, SQL server Backups.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of operating system, IIS, DNS, DHCP, AD.
- Excellent Documentation and Technical writing skills.
- Good to have Azure Fundamentals certification.
