Key Responsibilities
- Manage client inquiries and accurately understand event requirements and expectations.
- Conduct client meetings, develop detailed event briefs, and present innovative concepts and solutions.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and production staff to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations, and follow up for timely approvals.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the planning and execution phases.
- Conduct site visits, attend client meetings, and supervise on-ground event execution as required.
- Ensure timely delivery of all event deliverables within the approved budget and scope.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Address client concerns promptly and ensure complete resolution to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, project timelines, and event progress reports.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, sales, or event management. Freshers with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered.
