We are #hiring a Field Executive(Agronomist) for Organic Farming Group

Contract Farming operations (ground operations).

Location: Nawalgarh - Rajasthan

JD
- Day-to-day management of ground operations at network farmers.
- Monitoring of plantation schedule for all network farmers and collaborating with the operations team

on regular updates.
- Responsible for implementation of quality/yield improvement programs.
- Work closely with the planning team on specific issues that could impact the harvesting plan/sales.
- Responsible for driving improvement projects with respect to procurement practices, network

farmer expansion in line with business goals.
- Responsible for handling day-to-day grievances of network farmers and timely resolution.

Qualification Required:
- Graduate / Post graduate in Agriculture Science.




- Experience of 1-3 years in Contract Farming operations (ground operations).
- Knowledge of organic / regenerative / pesticide free farming will be an added advantage.
- Positive communication skills in English, Hindi & local language
- Proficiency in computer skills - MS Office

Interview Process:
1 st Level - HR Screening

2 nd Level - Zonal Head - Operations

Final Level - Lead - Operations

Salary bracket - 3 - 4.2 LPA depending upon the interview and experience.
