Position: Tender & Bid Manager

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and monitor government and private tender opportunities through portals such as GeM, CPPP, and e-Procurement websites.
- Prepare, review, and submit technical and commercial bids within stipulated timelines.
- Draft high-quality government proposals, RFP responses, EOI, RFQ, and RFI documents.
- Analyze tender documents and ensure compliance with all eligibility criteria and submission requirements.
- Coordinate with business, technical, finance, legal, and operations teams to collect bid-related documents and information.
- Prepare costing, pricing, BOQ, and commercial documentation in coordination with management.
- Manage the complete bid lifecycle from opportunity identification to final submission.
- Maintain tender documentation, MIS, bid tracker, and records for audits and future reference.
- Respond to pre-bid queries, corrigendums, and clarifications.




- Ensure timely submission through online government procurement portals.
- Track bid status, follow up with departments, and maintain client communication.
- Stay updated with government procurement policies, tender regulations, and bidding procedures.

Mandatory Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Tender & Bid Management.
- Mandatory experience in Government Proposal Writing.:
- Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP, e-Procurement, and other Government Tender Portals.:
- Solid knowledge of RFP, RFQ, EOI, RFI, BOQ, and bid documentation.
- Experience in technical and commercial proposal preparation.
- Excellent documentation, analytical, and proposal writing skills.
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.

Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, C
