We are looking for an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager with 8+ years of experience to lead and manage all digital marketing operations, drive brand growth, generate quality leads, and deliver measurable results for Elysium Group of Companies, Madurai.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Drive lead generation and student enrollment targets through performance marketing
- Manage and grow social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and other tools
- Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team
- Manage digital marketing budget and ensure maximum ROI

Required Skills:
- MBA in Marketing / Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with at least 3+ years in a managerial role:
- SEO | SEM | Google Ads | Meta Ads | LinkedIn Ads
- Performance Marketing | Lead Generation | ROI Optimization
- Team Leadership | Budget Management | Campaign Planning
- Robust Communication & Analytical Skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
