Position: Admission Counsellor (Cold Calling)

Location: Delhi

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1-4 Years (Freshers with excellent English communication may also apply)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective students from provided databases and leads.
- Generate current leads through cold calling and follow-up activities.
- Counsel students regarding courses, eligibility, fees, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by achieving monthly enrollment targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for a smooth enrollment process.
- Prepare daily and weekly call reports and meet individual performance targets.

Required Skills:




- Excellent verbal communication in English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Strong cold calling, telecalling, and sales skills.
- Good counseling, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1-4 years of experience in admission counseling, telesales, education counseling, or B2C sales.
- Freshers with outstanding communication and sales aptitude are welcome to apply.

Preferred Experience
- Education, EdTech, Training Institute, Beauty Academy, or Skill Development industry.
- Experience in cold calling and lead conversion.

Pay: ₹20,514.28 - ₹35,418.60 per month
