Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative content strategies aligned with the brand’s marketing and business objectives.
- Plan, shoot, edit, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms.
- Create high-quality reels, stories, carousels, behind-the-scenes content, campaign videos, and product-focused content.
- Understand the purpose behind every piece of content—whether it’s to build brand awareness, increase engagement, generate leads, or drive sales.
- Research competitors, industry trends, consumer behaviour,



and emerging content formats to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Build monthly content calendars around campaigns, launches, seasonal collections, and marketing initiatives.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, scripts, and storytelling-driven content that reflects the brand’s voice.
- Maintain visual consistency and a strong brand identity across all platforms.
- Use AI tools to enhance ideation, scripting, planning, and overall productivity.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, retail, and leadership teams to execute campaigns effectively.
- Analyse content performance and recommend improvements based on insights and platform analytics.
- Stay updated with social media algorithms, platform updates, and digital marketing trends.
