Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, and payments in Busy Accounting Software.
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, payment vouchers, and credit/debit notes.
- Assist with GST-related documentation and compliance.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and ledger records.
- Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining basic import documents such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping-related records.
- Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams for accounting and documentation requirements.




- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in accounting.
- Working knowledge of Busy Accounting Software.
- Basic understanding of import documentation and accounting processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Good communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
