- Content Development & Design
- Create engaging training materials, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training (ILT) guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), job aids, and assessments.
- Develop content using various tools and software such as Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
- Ensure training content adheres to instructional design principles and best practices.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders
- Work closely with SMEs, trainers, and leadership to gather information and identify training needs.
