Reporting To: Maintenance Manager / Plant Head

Qualifications:DME/ BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.Experience :4-6 years of Experience in injection molding machine Maintenance.Salary : As per industry standards and experienceKey Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive, breakdown, and predictive maintenance of injection molding machines (hydraulic, electrical, and servo-driven).
- Diagnose and resolve machine issues related to hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, PLCs, and controllers.
- Maintain and service auxiliary equipment such as chillers, dryers, loaders, robots, temperature controllers, and compressors.
- Ensure machine readiness for mold changes, startups, and production runs.
- Monitor machine performance, cycle time, and downtime; take corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve process-related issues.
- Maintain maintenance logs, checklists,



and spare parts inventory.
- Support installation, commissioning, and validation of recent machines and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and plant maintenance procedures.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine reliability and reduce maintenance costs.

Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of Injection Molding Machines.
- Hands-on experience with hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
- Understanding of injection molding processes, mold operation, and defect troubleshooting.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams, hydraulic schematics, and technical manuals.
- Familiarity with TPM, preventive maintenance schedules, and root cause analysis.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
