We are looking for an experienced Sr. SEO Manager to lead our SEO strategy and execution.

Role Description The Sr. SEO Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. This role is responsible for leading SEO strategy and execution, including conducting comprehensive site audits, performing in-depth keyword research, and developing data-driven optimization plans for multiple client websites.

The Sr. SEO Manager will manage link-building initiatives, oversee technical and on-page SEO improvements, and collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with search best practices. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring performance through web analytics tools, preparing reports, presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders, and mentoring junior SEO team members.

The role also involves staying current with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to continuously refine strategies and deliver strong, sustainable organic growth.

Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Develop and execute effective SEO strategies (On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO)

•⁠ ⁠Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits

•⁠ ⁠Manage website optimization, link-building, and content strategy

•⁠ ⁠Track, report, and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs

•⁠ ⁠Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO trends

•⁠ ⁠Lead and mentor junior SEO executives

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in SEO Audits and technical/on-page optimization to identify issues and implement effective solutions.




- Candidates should possess advanced Keyword Research skills to build targeted, high-performing search strategies across multiple markets and niches.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Link Building and off-page optimization to develop ethical, high-quality backlink profiles.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Web Analytics and performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO platforms) to measure and optimize results.
- Candidates should possess solid Marketing knowledge, including digital marketing fundamentals and the ability to integrate SEO with broader campaigns.
- Relevant experience in a senior or lead SEO role, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment, with a track record of improving organic traffic and rankings.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with common SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog) and basic understanding of HTML/CSS and website architectures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
