About the Role

Whizlabs is looking for a Senior SEO Executive to drive organic growth across our cloud certification and training platform, serving 10M+ learners globally. This role goes beyond traditional SEO — we're looking for someone who understands how search behavior is evolving with AI and can adapt our strategy accordingly.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategy across the Whizlabs platform
- Drive keyword research, content optimization, and internal linking strategy for high-intent cloud certification traffic
- Monitor organic search performance, identify opportunities, and report on key SEO metrics
- Collaborate with content, product, and engineering teams to resolve technical SEO issues (site speed, crawlability, indexing)
- Stay ahead of evolving search behavior, including how AI-powered search and answer engines are changing discovery
- Conduct competitive analysis against other ed-tech/cert-prep platforms

Required Skills

- 4-6+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in ed-tech, SaaS, or content-heavy platforms
- Strong grasp of technical SEO — site architecture,



Core Web Vitals, structured data/schema markup, crawl budget management
- Proficiency with SEO tools: Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4
- Experience with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) — understanding how content gets surfaced in AI-powered search results (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity) and optimizing for it
- Familiarity with using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate keyword research, content briefs, and competitive analysis
- Understanding of E-E-A-T principles and how they apply to AI-driven search ranking
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS basics and ability to communicate technical requirements to developers
- Solid analytical mindset — comfortable pulling insights from data to guide strategy, not just executing checklists

Good to Have

- Experience with international SEO / multi-region content strategy
- Familiarity with headless CMS environments
- Prior experience in B2B or B2C ed-tech growth roles

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
