Work Mode: Weekly 4 Days WFO

Interview rounds: 2 round Virtual interview from Mphasis and 2 round virtual interview from client.

Education:

- Bachelors degree in computer sciences, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Good to have Salesforce Certified Developer I and Salesforce Certified Developer II.

Technical skills:

- Experience with Salesforce Declarative development using Process Builder, Workflows, Lightning App Builder, etc.
- Experience with Salesforce platform programming languages Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, APEX, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Knowledge and experience with Salesforce architecture and APIs, Salesforce security configuration, sharing rules and user management.
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (a.k.a. Community Portals), Financial Service Coud.
- Experience with the agile software development.
- Experience with 1st Generation Managed Package and knowledge on 2nd generation Managed Package.
- Proven integration experience using integration techniques - REST, SOAP APIs,



oAuth and Single Sign-On.
- Thorough understanding of Salesforce Deployment Process, tools, CI/CD.
- Experience collaborating with teams to improve processes that align with agency goals while demonstrating the ability to deliver excellent results and maintain a collegial work setting.
- Good verbal and written communication with internal and external users.
- Ability to work independently to analyze issues and resolve problems.
- Experience prioritizing work and meeting time sensitive deadlines, including follow-through while balancing and prioritizing multiple activities and responsibilities.
- Demonstrated experience engaging in creative problem solving and taking initiative, while utilizing a solutions-oriented approach and exhibiting flexibility and good judgement in a complex organizational ecosystem.
- Experiencewith Sales Cloud, Service cloud and Experience Cloud. Good to have knowledge on Financial Services Cloud.
