We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of relevant experience in the jewellery industry, excellent customer-handling skills, and a proven ability to convert enquiries into successful sales.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Welcome and engage customers professionally and provide an excellent in-store experience.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget, and occasion to recommend suitable jewellery.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, bridal, and other jewellery products.
- Handle customer enquiries and effectively convert enquiries into sales.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.




- Build strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Follow up with customers through calls and other communication channels to generate repeat business.
- Promote and successfully convert customers for jewellery chits / savings schemes.
- Explain chit plans, benefits, terms, and payment options clearly to customers.
