- Generate recent sales opportunities through company-provided leads, referrals, networking, calling, walk-ins and personal references.
- Make regular outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred location and investment objectives.
- Qualify leads based on genuine buying potential.
- Develop a healthy sales pipeline through continuous prospecting.
