Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in property sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients with property requirements, conducting site visits, and closing sales.

We are also hiring Sales Interns who are interested in starting their career in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, referrals, online platforms, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits for prospective clients.
- Handle client queries, negotiate deals, and support the sales closure process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on available properties, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales or Property Sales.




- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Confident in conducting site visits and sales presentations.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office, or Excel is preferred.

Sales Intern Requirements
- Freshers or students interested in real estate sales may apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn lead generation, client follow-ups, and property sales.
- Ability to support the sales team in calling, scheduling site visits, and maintaining lead records.
