Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of civil and interior projects as per approved designs, specifications, and timelines.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion.
- Supervise civil, interior, finishing, and related construction works at project sites.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and resources.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and quality standards.
- Manage contractors and subcontractors, including work allocation and performance monitoring.
- Identify project risks, delays,



and technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor project budgets, quantities, material consumption, and cost control.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate inspections, approvals, testing, snagging, and project handover.
- Prepare progress reports, MIS, project updates, and documentation for management.
- Ensure proper completion of interior finishes, civil works, MEP coordination, and handover activities.
- Resolve site-level technical and execution-related issues efficiently.
