A. DESIGNATION : SR. PURCHASE OFFICER

1. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

a) Graduation – B.Sc.,/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechnical Engineering. b) Post Graduation: MBA or Diploma in materials management or similar qualifications in procurement of Industrial Raw materials & spare parts for machineries.
1. EXPERIENCE : Minimum 2-5 years continuing experience in Industrial Setup. Candidates having record of frequent job switching need not apply.

2. SKILLS REQUIRED

a) Computer operating skills with proficiency in Computer operating system and purchase related software. b) Good team building skill & ability to lead the team of 4-5 persons.

c) Excellent interpersonal skills d) Vendor development & vendor management capabilities.

e) Positive techno commercial & negotiation skill.

f) Technical analytical skills.

g) Delighted & pleasant communications skills.

h) Costing & inventory management.

i) Good understanding of different kinds of Industrial materials, Raw Materials & spares of machineries.

1. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

a)



Managing procurement from RFQ to vendor payment. b) Analyzing & monitoring life of spare parts & coordinating with users for process improvement process & materials that will give higher life.

c) Travelling to vendors for relationship development & material development.

d) Follow up & persuasion with team to achieve desire results.

e) Finding out areas requiring development, improvement & making achievement on those areas in coordination with maintenance team.

f) RESIDENCE: The candidate can reside either at Niwari (M.P) or at Jhansi as per the convenience. Commuting from Jhansi to our works will be provided by the Company.

g) Yearly performance: The candidate will be assessed yearly for performance & commensurate increments will be provided accordingly.

h) New vendor development skills should have knowledge to develop alternative materials to improve life & reduce cost.
