About the Role

We are looking for a Sr. Product & Automation Strategist who enjoys solving messy business problems and turning them into scalable systems, automated workflows and data-backed decisions.

This is not a traditional product management role.

You will work at the intersection of Product, AI, Automation, Business Strategy, Analytics and Operations, working closely with founders and leadership to identify opportunities, build solutions and drive measurable business outcomes.

You could be evaluating an AI tool today, building an automation workflow tomorrow, creating a financial model for a new business format the next day, and using business data to identify the next growth opportunity.

The role is ideal for someone who wants high ownership, broad exposure and the opportunity to build from 0→1, rather than operate within a narrowly defined corporate role.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI & Automation

- Identify repetitive and inefficient business processes that can be automated
- Evaluate and implement AI tools, agents and automation platforms
- Build and optimise workflows across sales,



marketing and operations
- Use tools such as Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion AI, ChatGPT/API-based tools and similar platforms
- Continuously identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve team productivity
- Measure the ROI and impact of automation initiatives

2. Financial Modelling & Business ROI

- Build financial models for brands, franchise businesses and new business initiatives
- Create revenue, cost, profitability and scenario projections
- Build ROI models to evaluate investments, tools, campaigns and expansion decisions
- Develop models across different business formats and Tier 1/Tier 2 markets
- Translate numbers into clear business recommendations for leadership

3. Research & Strategic Insights

- Conduct deep research across industries, competitors, business models and market trends
- Analyse pricing, unit economics, expansion models and industry benchmarks
- Identify patterns and opportunities from market and business data
- Convert research into practical recommendations and actionable strategies

4. Data & Business Analytics

- Analyse operational and business data to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities
- Build dashboards, reports and performance trackers
- Track key business metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Work with leadership to turn data into decisions

5. Product & Process Thinking

- Identify gaps in existing products, workflows and business processes
- Design scalable solutions instead of temporary fixes
- Work closely with founders and cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives
- Take initiatives from problem identification → solution design → implementation → measurement
- Build systems that can scale as the business grows

- 2–5 years of experience in product, strategy, consulting, analytics, business operations, automation or a similar problem-solving role
- Strong analytical and structured thinking ability
- Comfortable working with numbers, financial models and business data
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and/or automation platforms
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Ability to conduct structured research and independently find answers
- Strong problem-solving and execution ability
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations and automation is a plus




- Ability to communicate clearly and present recommendations to senior leadership
- Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-moving startup environment
