About the role

Flam builds AI-native tools for interactive brand content. Were hiring a senior product designer to work on the tools people use to make things. If youve designed editors, builders, or authoring environments, you know the difference: these are products where users spend hours, build real artefacts, and feel every friction point. Thats the work.

What youll do

- Own end-to-end design for a complex creation surface - from information architecture through interaction detail to shipped polish
- Design for a wide skill range: users who want a result in five minutes, and users who want full control
- Build and maintain the design system underneath it - components, states, edge cases




- Partner closely with engineering on whats feasible, and push on what should be

What were looking for

- 3-5 years in product design, with meaningful time on creation or authoring tools (design tools, editors, no-code builders, CMS, IDEs, creative software - anything where users produce output)
- Fluency with genuinely hard interaction problems: hierarchies, multi-state objects, progressive disclosure.
- Prototyping ability - high-fidelity prototypes with real logic, or code.
- Strong reasoning. We care more about how you argue a decision than how the final frame looks
