Technical Copywriting:
Product Launches:
Lead go-to-market strategies for recent LED components or fixtures, aligning engineering timelines with sales and promotional campaigns.

Competitive Analysis:
Benchmarking competitor products regarding efficacy, lumen maintenance (LM-80), thermal performance, and pricing to establish strategic market positioning.

Sales Enablement:
Create technical training modules, presentations, and product demonstration kits for sales teams, distributors, and agents.

Inbound Marketing Support:
Work with digital marketing teams to optimize website content, SEO keywords, and technical FAQs to generate high-quality engineering leads.

Tradeshow & Event Leadership:
Represent the company at industry events, presenting technical seminars and demonstrating product capabilities to engineers, architects, and lighting designers.

Voice of the Customer:

Photometric Presentation:
Translate complex photometric data (IES files, goniophotometer results) into intuitive visual graphics and case studies demonstrating energy savings. Required Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Lighting Design, Marketing with a heavy technical background, or a related discipline.

Industry Domain: Strong understanding of LED lighting systems, driver electronics, optical controls, thermal management, and color rendering metrics (CRI, TM-30).

Communication Skills:
Exceptional ability to explain highly complex engineering concepts in simple, persuasive, and universal language.

Software Tools:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), CRM tools (Salesforce), and familiarity with lighting simulation tools like AGi32 or Dialux is a major plus.

Standards Knowledge:
Understanding of global and regional lighting standards
