Job Overview

Bark & Brew is looking for an energetic, hospitable Attendant / Steward to join our team. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining clean dining and service areas, and ensuring a warm, pet-friendly atmosphere for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, present menus, explain specials, and answer questions about food, coffee, and cafe policies.
- Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen/barista team, and process billing transactions via the POS system.
- Food & Beverage Service: Promptly and carefully deliver prepared items to guest tables.
- Cleanliness & Hygiene: Clear, bus, and sanitize tables between guests; keep dining areas, counters, and service stations spotless throughout shifts.
- Pet-Friendly Management:



Maintain hygiene standards across pet-designated seating areas, ensuring quick cleanup and a safe environment for both pets and owners.
- Inventory Support: Monitor dining area supplies (napkins, condiments, cutlery) and restock service stations regularly.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Prior experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality setting is a plus, but motivated freshers are welcome.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and active listening skills with a positive, approachable attitude.
- High standards of personal hygiene, grooming, and workplace sanitation.
- Comfort working in a pet-friendly environment around dogs and other animals.
- Ability to multitask, stand, and move comfortably during busy peak hours.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
