Key Responsibilities
- Market Strategy: Research market trends, analyze competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities or untapped territories.
- Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, and attending industry events.
- Partner Relations: Cultivate mutually beneficial partnerships and maintain long-standing relationships with key clients.
- Sales & Negotiation: Develop tailored proposals, negotiate contract terms, and oversee the sales cycle from pitch to close.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and executive teams to align growth objectives with business strategy.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Proven Track Record: Typically 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related commercial role.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to forecast revenue, define growth objectives, and analyze sales performance using KPIs.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal,



and negotiation skills.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) and data analytics tools.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Essential Skills:
