We are looking for an energetic, communication-skilled, and target-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales team through lead generation, prospect identification, initial customer interaction, and lead qualification.
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Pre-Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating potential business leads, contacting prospective customers, understanding their basic requirements, qualifying leads, and transferring qualified opportunities to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from company databases and other lead sources.
- Identify companies and decision-makers who may have requirements for steel products.
- Generate new business leads through calling and other assigned sources.
- Introduce Shree Ji Steel and its product range professionally to prospective customers.
- Identify potential customers based on industry, business type, and requirement.
2. Lead Qualification
- Understand the customer's basic requirement during the initial conversation.
- Collect important information such as:
- Product required
- Size/specification
- Approximate quantity
- Application/project requirement
- Location
- Expected purchase timeline
- Contact person/designation
- Identify whether the prospect has a genuine or potential business requirement.
- Categorize leads according to their quality and requirement.
- Forward qualified leads to the concer
