Role Overview

We are a growing D2C lifestyle brand in ceramics and glassware looking for a hands-on Shopify E-commerce Executive to manage and maintain our online store.

This is an execution-focused role responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of the Shopify website, product listings, offers, order processing, website updates, marketing integrations, sales records and conversion-focused improvements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Shopify Store Management
- Manage the day-to-day upkeep of the Shopify website.
- Create, update and maintain product listings, collections and categories.
- Upload product images, descriptions, prices, variants, SKUs and other product information.
- Make regular website updates including banners, homepage sections, navigation, menus and promotional content.
- Set up and update discount codes, promotional offers, bundles and website campaigns.
- Ensure products, links, pages and collections are displayed correctly across the website.
- Coordinate basic Shopify theme customisation and website changes.

2. Website Merchandising




- Maintain product collections and category structure.
- Highlight bestsellers, recent arrivals, seasonal products and promotional collections.
- Update homepage and collection pages according to ongoing campaigns.
- Ensure the website remains visually organised, updated and easy for customers to navigate.
- Maintain accurate pricing, stock availability and product information.

3. Order & E-commerce Operations
- Monitor and process Shopify orders.
- Coordinate order status, fulfilment, cancellations, returns and customer-related order issues.
- Maintain accurate records of website orders and sales.
- Monitor inventory availability and coordinate necessary stock updates.
- Identify and resolve basic checkout, payment or order-processing issues.

4. Website Marketing Execution
- Execute promotional campaigns and offers on the website.
- Create and manage Shopify discount codes and promotional campaigns.
