Job Summary

Production support management experience with ITIL certification or process experience

Credit Card domain experience - issuance, authentication and TSYS-based credit card systems and knowledge to guide the team to resolve the incidents

Key Responsibilities

Production support management experience with ITIL certification or process experience

Credit Card domain experience - issuance, authentication and TSYS-based credit card systems and knowledge to guide the team to resolve the incidents

Skill Requirements

Hands on experience in managing a production support program (10+ yrs)

Ability to navigate through shifts, prepare Shift rooster, manage teams

Experience of working through Digital programs/projects

Cloud experience and monitoring on AWS/Azure is preferred





Lead a team of engineers and L1/L2 support team members and engage with clients on right channels

Manage communications and engage with third parties and manage escalations if any

Experience in triaging and debugging issues in Credit Cards area is a plus

ITSM Certified is a plus

Other Requirements

1.Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) are a plus.
