About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts professional to manage day-to-day accounting and compliance activities for Innovative Metalcraft Industries Pvt. Ltd. The company operates in sheet metal manufacturing, with capabilities including laser cutting, press brake operations, stamping, fabrication, powder coating, and assembly.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting entries, ledgers, bank transactions, and regular reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, vendor payments, and customer follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain accurate books of accounts as per company and statutory requirements.
- Ensure GST, TDS, e-invoicing, and other statutory compliances with timely return filings.
- Maintain purchase, inventory, expense, job work, and manufacturing cost-related records.
- Prepare basic MIS reports and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.




- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, vendors, customers, and internal departments.
- Monitor cash flow, petty cash, banking activities, and routine accounts operations.

Qualifications & Skills
- B.Com, M.Com, Accounting, Finance, or related qualification; CA Inter or CMA Inter preferred.
- 3-6 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering company.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, e-invoicing, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
- Working knowledge of Tally, Excel, and accounting or ERP software.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, confidential, and able to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
