Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain the company's services and offerings clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with leads and maintain records of interactions.
- Address customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain qualified and courteous communication with customers.

Call Expectations
- The role may require dialing up to 250 calls per day when required, although this is not necessarily expected every day.
- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or similar roles.




- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone for extended periods.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
