Your Role Responsibilities — Here's What You'll Do
- Design a continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) platform; develop and lead in the execution of best practices including providing solution architectures and strategy for adoption.
- Optimize CI jobs for best efficient and lowest cost.
- Partner with respective departments to develop practical automation solutions; participate in cross-functional team meetings to collaborate and ensure successful execution.
In particular you’ll be responsible for providing developers with solutions that really ease their work day in, day out.
- Lead performance and test automation integration into the CI/CD pipeline; troubleshoot and resolve operational issues and assist in resolving highly complex issues arising from product upgrades, installations, and configurations.
- Operate as an innovative thought leader; proactively identify and improve internal efficiencies, grow knowledge of the team, and participate in qualified associations, outreach activities, or educational opportunities to stay current on industry best practices and relevant technical skills.
- Mentor, influence, and collaborate with other developers and across teams; provide guidance to other team members.
Role Essentials — What You Bring
- BS or MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
