Your Role:
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Head - Accounts & Finance to lead the Finance function for our fast-growing digital agency. This individual will own financial strategy, planning, compliance, and risk management while ensuring optimal asset administration and statutory alignment. The role demands a robust accounting foundation, deep knowledge of Indian and international financial practices, and the ability to generate insights for business growth and cost efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Financial Strategy & Management:
- Lead end-to-end financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Drive cost optimization and identify tax-efficient investment opportunities.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and MIS dashboards for leadership.
- Deliver insights to support revenue growth and long-term financial sustainability.

Accounting & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to Indian accounting standards and global bookkeeping practices
- Manage compliance for TDS, GST, corporate taxation, and transfer pricing regulations.




- Oversee month-end/year-end closing activities, journal entries, and intercompany transactions.
- Lead internal, statutory, and investor audit processes.

Legal & Regulatory Affairs:
- Maintain full compliance with RBI, FEMA, and other financial regulations.
- Coordinate with chartered accountants, legal consultants, and government authorities.
- Ensure proper documentation for company formation, restructuring, and regulatory approvals.

Operations & Infrastructure Oversight:
- Supervise accounts payable/receivable, loans, payroll accounting, and employee tax handling.
- Manage company investments and financial health of the portfolio.
- Oversee office infrastructure, vendor relations, procurement, and asset tracking.

What We’d Love To See:
- Expertise in Indian and global financial practices and compliance standards
- Strong knowledge of portfolio and investment strategy
- Practical experience with taxation, transfer
