Job Purpose

The TAG Advisor is responsible for building teams and support in the organization’s growth strategy - By planning and identifying the right talent and skill set, assessing their suitability to the role and the organization. As a _Talent Acquisition Advisor _, you will partner key stakeholders in managing the full hiring life cycle

Key Accountabilities
- Support and advise business in scale up, and building a long term franchise
- Support Strategic hires and succession pipeline.
- Support SWP and bridge skill gaps.
- Manage expenses in line with budget

Job Duties & responsibilities
- The position is required to ensure the recruitment and on boarding of new staff.
- Role is required to source the right profiles, manage stakeholders for hiring the best fit Talent
- Ensure recruitment against vacancies as per defined turn-around-times




- Manage recruitment expenses within prescribed cost budgets
- Develop and strategize sourcing options for recruitment within cost budgets
- Liaise with Business HR partners for inputs and updates
- Co-ordinate with placement consultants for recruitment process
- Manage role in line with group framework and country requirements
- Proactive relationship management with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure execution of organisational deliverables in tandem with HR partners

Required Experience
- Minimum 6to 8 years’ experience in HR
- Experience in managing recruitment for Branch Banking function

Education / Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/ Qualification in HR with 6 to 8 years of experience in HR
