Job Summary

The Project Manager shall be responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of industrial Fire Fighting Projects within the stipulated schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements. The role includes leading and managing multidisciplinary project teams comprising Site Engineers, QA/QC Engineers, Safety Managers/Officers, Store Managers, Equipment Operators/Drivers, Housekeeping Personnel, and subcontractor workforces, while ensuring effective coordination with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal departments. The Project Manager will be the single point of accountability for project delivery, client satisfaction, resource optimization, statutory compliance, and successful testing, commissioning, and project handover.

Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Execution
- Plan, organize, and execute Fire Fighting Projects from mobilization to final handover.
- Develop detailed project schedules, resource deployment plans, and execution strategies.
- Ensure timely completion of the project within the approved budget,



quality standards, and contractual requirements.

2. Team Leadership & Resource Management
- Lead and manage the complete site team comprising Site Engineers, QA/QC Engineers, Safety Managers/Officers, Store Managers, Equipment Operators/Drivers, Housekeeping Personnel, and subcontractor workforces.
- Define roles, allocate responsibilities, monitor individual performance, and ensure effective coordination among all project personnel.
- Plan and optimize manpower, machinery, tools, and equipment to achieve maximum productivity.

3. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the single point of contact for clients, consultants, project management teams, and statutory authorities.
- Conduct regular progress review meetings and provide timely updates on project status.
- Address technical, commercial, and execution-related issues to maintain client satisfaction.
