We are seeking a creative, analytical, and highly organized Social Media Manager to lead the digital presence of our clients across various platforms. You’ll be responsible for content strategy, audience engagement, ad campaign management, and reporting, ensuring brand growth and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and execute monthly social media calendars tailored to each client’s brand goals.
- Manage brand presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google.
- Design platform-specific content strategies, identifying what content works best for each channel.
- Conduct in-depth keyword and hashtag research to enhance content discoverability.
- Use tools like Canva, Photoshop, and others for graphic creation as needed.
- Run paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads with specific objectives (e.g., leads, engagement, website visits).
- Track, analyze,



and report on reach, impressions, engagement, and conversions using analytics tools such as Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.
- Handle and resolve negative feedback or online criticism tactfully and professionally.
- Write SEO-friendly captions and blogs that are unique, engaging, and distinct from AI-generated content.
- Monitor trends and leverage emerging tools and platforms to optimize social media performance.
- Manage multiple client accounts effectively, prioritizing tasks and deadlines.
- Collaborate with the creative team for content production and campaign execution.

Pay: ₹10,095.30 - ₹20,000.00 per month
