We are currently expanding our corporate client base and are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive - OHC Services to drive new business acquisition, develop corporate relationships, and expand our presence across Bengaluru and other target markets.
Job Purpose
The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients requiring Occupational Health Centre (OHC), nursing,
doctor, pharmaceutical, and related workplace healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities among corporate organizations, IT companies, business parks, manufacturing companies, and other organizations requiring occupational healthcare services.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with key decision-makers such as HR, Administration, Facilities, Procurement, EHS, and Corporate Wellness teams.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate OHC and corporate healthcare solutions.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, service offerings, and customized solutions based on client requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate with internal teams until successful client onboarding.
